Welcome to the Project AiAi legal strategy wiki! Project AiAi is probably the first ever attempt at creating and donating an open-source CAD algorithm for medical use. We are planning to donate our Lung Cancer detection algorithm to charitable hospitals in developing nations like India, Belraus, and Vietnam, and to organizations like Doctors without Borders.

We need help from the legal community in USA and recipient countries to answer following questions:

1. What is the best legal structure for incorporating Project AiAi: 501(c)(3)? LLC?
2. What should the Open Source License for users of the CAD algorithms look like?
