Show machine name for inventory installed in machine design.
Allow "browse by cable catalog"'
- Provide cable catalog detail page.
- Provide cable inventory detail pages accessed via cable catalog detail page.
- Allow edit cable inventory items.
Remove "browse by inventory" page. Inventory items can be scanned or found via the catalog item page.
Use "concise item" lists to improve performance of loading lists of items.
Add constants for domain id and use whenever possible.
