Some Function Introduce

Not all included, because someone is too lazy to sort out all.
- Sync player's hair id to bangs id, such as if

- Can setting hair color and texture for badeline or player, even every segment of hair.
- Can setting hair border color for player or silhouette or badeline.

Prevent it confusion if player is red flashing or somethings.
- When the player has skins, locking the animations of watchtower(lookout) at the first-set animations without prefixes
