- Fixed Achievement Watchdog not working because of some specific formats and codecs. (Issue #9 and #8 by @nabnab891 and @reif22)
It should now be a lot more compatible with files generated by tools like GSE-Generator.

You can now add multiple paths in the GAMES_PATH
variable.

- Fixed a bug from the emulator causing the progress in achievements to show less than 100% even if the achievement was earned.

I must've been on something when i first wrote the watchdog because damn it was bad, but it should be a lot better now.
