Security release - upgraded vendor directory to address the following security report:

It was found that the CiviCRM Chatbot module will initiate and accept TLS connections operating under TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1. These versions of TLS are deprecated by much of the Internet, being considered obsolete and provenly replete with security issues.
