Description of the Change
As tested and confirmed by @sudip-md in #308 (comment) this PR bumps the WP tested-up-to version 6.7 and the WP min to 6.5.
Closes #308.
How to test the Change
Load PR in a local env with WP 6.7 to see no issues in the admin or frontend. Alternatively see that the e2e tests pass.
