Move project to scrapy github organization #15

What do you think about moving the project to @scrapy organization, as it is used in Scrapy tutorial? We may also rename the project to quotes.toscrape.com, to make it more discoverable.

I've no pushbacks on moving it to @scrapy org, but I'm not sure whose decision this should be.

Sounds a bit odd, specially because toscrape.com is a Scrapinghub's domain and the website is hosted on our infrastructure. Maybe quotes-toscrape?
