handle client 404 error when filtering by roles and project id #15

Filtering by roles and project id will return a 404 Panoptes::Client::ResourceNotFound error when the logged in user doesn't have the roles on the specific project.

Catch this error when looking up accessible projects at

interventions-gateway/lib/credential.rb
