Add miniconda install instructions to docs

For most new users, installation of panoptes_aggregation code also entails installation of Anaconda (or another Python package manager) due to permissions issues and incompatibility of MacOS built-in Python when installing the code's library dependencies. Having talked multiple teams through a miniconda install, I'd prefer to write up install instructions in the docs.
