Add a Discussion Section for the GitHub Page

Would be nice to have a discussion section in order to ask config level questions or performance tuning. The following question belongs in a discussion section.

Are these test results for Milvus specifically using standalone or cluster? Want to use these as a reference for my Milvus cluster config performance.
