Some time ago I got the idea for a factoid like fact <verbs>, with no tidbit. Sometimes that's the most concise way to teach Bucket something.
It didn't work. Turns out, Bucket won't output a factoid with an empty tidbit. That's great for working around the lack of chance functionality (fact <reply> equals silence, so Bucket can be hacked into not replying some of the time). But I'm not sure if it's intended. The alternative is fact <reply> fact verbs—not terrible, but I don't think the workaround should be needed.
@zigdon, can you think of any possible side effects of making Bucket output when fact <verbs> (empty tidbit)?
