being able to 'deposit' specific resources (up to network containment max) from unplugged vessels (thanks @RealGecko)

Just putting in a "vote" for this feature. What I'm imagining is just like the current "request resources" feature, but in the other direction. An unplugged vessel would send instead of receive the resources. I was requested to describe what I wanted here, but zer0Kerbal's description above already captures my thoughts adequately, so this is more of an upvote than a description.

@richardemaine 2.0.4.0 brought this much closer. I now have a much firmer grip on the GUI and actually have most of the code written.
