How to create Wifi-Access Point on this Plattform STM32L4 + ESP8266(ESP-01S) as WiFi-Shield?

Hello everybody,

i am working on a project with Host MCU, which runs the Zephyr RTOS and connected to the Wifi-Shield via UART to establish internet connection. I want on my project to run a Wifi acces point with web-server, which allows me in the web-interface to set up the internet connection with SSID and password. I don´t found any sample project for Wifi-accesspoint.

have someone of you a soultion, how to implement this in my project ?
