There are a few references to DC in the vocab, e.g.:

* synonyms: <http://bibframe.org/vocab/description> <http://schema.org/description> <http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/description>

Karen Coyle suggests these be replaced with e.g. http://purl.org/dc/terms/description, the more recent refinements to DC.
