opcache.restrict_api /home/viktor/public_dev/

I've successfully rechecked /home/emineo/public_html/server/. Is it a bug or the intended funtionality?
PHP 5.5.19 (dotdeb)

BTW this setting is missing from PHP.net
http://php.net/manual/en/opcache.configuration.php
