Hi @muzzah, I'm here to help you with any questions you have about the browser. Feel free to ask me anything! The Zen browser includes several privacy and security features:
These features suggest a focus on privacy and security, but for detailed technical specifics, further exploration of the codebase or documentation might be necessary. To continue talking to Dosu, mention @dosu. Help Dosu learn! Give it feedback: Great Response | Irrelevant Answer | Incorrect Sources | Too Verbose | Hallucination | Other |

Hi
Came across this browser and looks very interesting though I think the documentation lacks around the important topic of privacy and security so wanted to get some clarification before trying it out.
Its mentioned that tracking prevention is built in, but what does this cover exactly? Does it block known tracking urls? Does the browser send telemetry anywhere? Im currently using ungoogled-chromium and it has a lot more details on what changes have been applied to the browser but I cant easily find this information about Zen
Does the browser prevent any type of fingerprinting? Does it handle any webrtc vulnerabilities? Im assuming that since its firefox based, i can download any firefox extension but id like to know if any of this is built into the browser?
How does it handle third party cookies and websites which try to use cookies for tracking? Does it use the containers functionality of firefox in anyway?
Thanks in advance!
