Hi,
as I mentioned here, would it be possible to output subsampled network data as an additional summary criteria in pulsar package?

I realize you can do this yourself by writing a custom estimation function that saves the intermediate output (e.g. in an RData file).
See the readme for an example but I can work on an example that's compatible with SpiecEasi
