Notebook Renderer for SARQL Construct

I need two activation functions: one to activate the extension and create the renderer’s activation function. The renderer activation function needs the extension context (e.g., the extension path) to serve web view files for the iframe from within the extension. The extension context is not available in the renderer activation function per default. It has a context but it's a notebook context and not the extension context.
