Describe the bug
Android's Private DNS does not work if tunnel is up.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

Device: Pixel 8a
Android Version: Android 15
App Version : version 3.6.6
Backend: Userspace

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Start a tunnel
Check Private DNS under system settings.

Expected behavior
Private DNS should reconnect through the VPN
