Performance of sending collected data

Data is uploaded quite slowly. I don't know if it depends on the API (then maybe the process could be done in the background). It certainly does not depend on the WiFi/LTE network I am connected to because I have noticed slow sending many times while in different networks.
In the screenshot, you can see that the data file with more than 300 cell transmitters discovered is sent for more than 3 minutes (see hour in the upper left corner in the screenshot). I assume that the file is not large, the upload transfer rate is 10-30 KB (you can also see it in the screenshot).

I send data to OpenCellID.org and Mozilla Location Services at the same time, I did not check if there is the same problem when I send only to one of these places.

I've also noticed this issue but only on certain phones. I will investigate it.
