Modify saved layout #9
Comments
Thank you once again for purchasing your legacy Truly Ergonomic keyboard Model 229/227/209/207. You can only use the 'Custom Layout Designer'. The Layout Designer is still available and was moved to accommodate the new website. The only difference is how it stores a custom layout link and how it reads a custom layout link. If you have a custom layout link, replace the "/" with ".html" (more details within the new page). Please visit the new location: https://trulyergonomic.com/store/layout-designer--configurator--reprogrammable--truly-ergonomic-mechanical-keyboard.html You can also use: trulyergonomic.com/store/l.html The Layout Designer is not on the new website as it only works for the original TEK and not for the new Cleave, and we don't want to confuse Cleave owners into believing this Layout designer works for the Cleave. Manual: Firmware upgrade: We are pleased to mention the new Truly Ergonomic CLEAVE Mechanical Keyboard is available for purchase. This is a great opportunity to get The New Most Comfortable Keyboard on the Planet. Visit our website at https://trulyergonomic.com/ |
I did not implement loading the layout from a hex file, because if I did that people would try to do that on hex files not originally produced by this customizer, and that would yield undefined results. |
I would like to load my current layout into the configurator to modify, rather than reproduce the layout from the defaults. I have the hex file, based on TrulyErgonomic's v4 firmare. Can I do this by adding the hex file to the repository, then selecting it from the configurator? The layout is for TEK 209 and has essentially the defaults for the main layer and Dvorak for the secondary.
