The triangle glyph is confusing. Due to it's lack of a down arrow counterpart and is triangular in shape rather than sagittate it's not clear what it does, or that it even is meant for voting.
It's also not clear that it serves the dual purpose of voting for and removing a vote from a draft.

Is there a reason not to have a down arrow? Is it because it won't always have a use? I can understand this concern.
