Little confused

I am still confused what this module does. Does skins mean that It will provide options like color, image overlay etc etc?

@ugintl Sking means Library ( Drupal 8/9 *.libraries.yml ) attached to specific Paragraph by user's choice
So you can create multiple visual representations off the same Paragraph without introducing new paragraph types and overwhelming database with fields and configs
