Do the following steps：

  1. in txt2img
  2. select and display one image.
  3. use key "left","right" to switch image.
  4. press "delete" button to delete image.
  5. use "left","right" switch to other images and switch back, the image still exists, but it actually deleted.
    6.If you keep hitting the delete button, the wrong picture will be deleted.

I have the same issue. Deleted quite a few good ones already... any fix for this?
