About pages that are automatically deleted.

I ran a 240 page comic and only 237 pages were saved.

Upon examination, it appears that blank pages and break pages between stories are missing.
I know these are unnecessary pages, but if the numbers don't match, I have to check to see if any important pages are missing.

Is there any way to improve this?
