直接使用Blufi文件后，运行到手机上，已开启蓝牙情况下一直提示蓝牙未开启，使用5+api和uniapp的api检查结果也是蓝牙已开启

需要更新隐私协议了，现在微信小程序那边已经做了调用蓝牙权限的门槛。
