installed on the 23.04. Break after update to 23.10? #28

Hi, I have a question. I successfully installed the patch on the Ubuntu 23.04. Before that, I unsuccessfully tried installing the patch on 23.10.

My question is, whether the installation of 23.04 and update to 23.10 after that will break the patch.
