Lights for mute and mic mute button

I have an hp-15-ew0, and am using this repo to get the sound to work on Linux Mint Debian Edition, kernel version 6.1. I had to edit the patch for the Realtek a bit as the line numbers didn't match, but it worked fine after that.

Is there any way to get the mute light to work? How about the mic mute button and light? Do you know of any progress on this?
