Environment:
OS: macOS Ventura 13.5
Device: MacBook Pro
Hardware: Apple Magic Mouse 2 (model:A1657)
Package Version: v8.0.0-rc05

Reproduce:

have more than 1 carousel in same page source code
start scrolling first carousel
quickly move cursor to second carousel before animation ends
both carousel will be moved, although the 'wheel' event only trigger on the first carousel
