接口 [/api/manager/messagend] 出现异常：Cannot deserialize value of type java.lang.Long from String "test": not a valid Long value at [Source: (PushbackInputStream); line: 1, column: 72] (through reference chain: com.zjiecode.wxpusher.server.biz.bean.AdminSendMessageReq["topicIds"]->java.util.HashSet[0])

topicIds 是一个字符串数组，并且是 数字类型。登陆后台，常见主题，可以获得一个topicId
