Server logs are not shown when deploying CAR after using TryOut feature

Description

When we try to deploy the CAR to the MI server after we have used the TryOut feature, the CAR gets deployed properly but the server logs won't get printed in the OUTPUT tab. Since we show the Server is already running popup and no server logs, the users might think the CAR is not deployed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use the TryOut feature
2. Deploy the CAR using Build and Run option
3. The Server is already running popup will be shown
4. The server logs won't get printed in the OUTPUT tab. However it seems the CAR is getting deployed
