WPR D-bugger delete logs outside of the logs page

@alfonso100, if you can make the WPR Logs deletion outside of the actual debug page.

The reason for that is when the logs are more than 10Mb, the browser will have a hard time loading the page. Deleting the logs will then require FTP access.

@DahmaniAdame do you mean to open it in a different window?
Would that be enough?
I have tested deleting files with over 100MB without issues, but maybe there are cases where the server applies restrictions

additionally to this, big log files shouldn´t be readable on the same page. it makes the page unresponsive.
