[QA] Transaction information disappears for a second when quote is loading

Describe the current behavior in detail

Reproducible on https://wormhole-connect-mainnet.netlify.app/.
Tested OK on https://portalbridge.com/.

Steps:

1. Prepare to send 0.3 AVAX from Avalanche (MetaMask) to Base (MetaMask) with Token Bridge Automatic route
2. Click on "Review transaction" button
3. Change slider position

Actual result: Information about Amount, Network cost, Additional Gas and Time disappears for a few seconds when quote is loading.

Expected result: Information about Amount, Network cost, Additional Gas and Time should be displayed when quote is refreshing and should be updated after the quote is loaded.
