[QA] Missing warning when sending USDC to Aptos and Aptos wallet address is entered manually

Describe the current behavior in detail

Reproducible on https://wormhole-connect-aptos-cctp-test.netlify.app/.

Steps:

1. Select Base network and USDC token in "From" section (MetaMask wallet auto-connects)
2. Select Aptos network and select USDC token in "To" section
3. Click on "Select destination wallet" option or click on wallet address -> "Change wallet" option if wallet connects automatically (ticket [QA] Aptos wallets automatically reconnect after the option to disconnect wallet has been selected #3157)
4. Enter Amount, 0.001

Actual result: Warning "Please use Pontem Wallet or Nightly with the Aptos CCTP route" is not shown.
Expected result: Warning is displayed.
