📌 어떤 기능인가요?

기존 : 새로운 이미지를 입력하지 않으면 행사 정보를 수정 할 수 없었다.
개선 후 : 이미지 입력이 없는 경우 이미지는 그대로 두고 행사 정보들만 수정하고, 이미지가 입력될 경우 새로운 이미지로 대체하도록 분기를 나눈다.
