tcgetattr error while opening #262

On Linux the list_ports lists all /dev/ttySx ports.

I'm trying to test which ones are real serial ports.

If I try to open this "virtual ports" I got a THROW for tcgetattr.

Is there any other way to test if a serial port can be opened? and is valid?
