creating a new term with incorrect hierarchy data is allowed and cause issue between Azure Purview GUI and data. #277

The bug is created under Azure Python Catalogue client:
Azure/azure-sdk-for-python#33715

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • Operating System: Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
  • Python Version: 3.10.13
  • PyApacheAtlas Version (python -m pyapacheatlas --version): 0.16.0

Additional context
It seems an Purview issue but I am not 100% sure.
