push出现时间戳为rtmp协议最大值问题 #215

编码器推流到服务求A，服务器A转推流到服务器B.服务器A流正常，有一定几率出现服务器B 流不正常
观察到的结果是:vlc播放服务器B的流，VLC显示时间戳为rtmp协议最大值，导致播放停止。
必须重新推流才可以恢复正常。

Os centos 7 和 nginx 1.20.1
配置文件：
默认：
...
push rtmp://...:1935/live;
...

反复测试向服务器A推流，VLC观看服务器B的流，可以复现这一情况。

初步判断，在nginx 1.16版本未发现此问题，升级nginx之后出现问题。考虑是nginx版本升级导致的故障
