How to trigger a item from a context menu, (e.g. "Create Book Section") via a key shortcut?

Is it possible with your plugin to trigger a specific item from a context menu? I want to "Create Book Section" to trigger with a keyboard shortcut after I have selected the appropriate Zotero item.

As Zutilo is no longer functional in the new Zotero (7) version, it would be nice to know a general procedure for using context menu items via keyboard shortcuts. This would also be important for plugins. For instance, I often need one of the Better BibTeX context menu items, such as Pin/Unpin BibTeX Key and Refresh BibTeX Key.
