Solar Sofar without network connection

Is this inegration functional on the Solar Sofar inverters while no internet connection but existing local network?

Yes, the modbus connection goes into a waveshare which is only available on the local network.

This is how I have connected the inverter to Home Assistant.

I have the original Sofar LAN Stick Logger LSE-3 and when I turn off internet , but still have local network on, I get nearly no data out of my Sofar HYD10KTL-3P 2nd inverter, just voltage L1L2L3, in HA but it seems that inverter works as usual and event can be controlled remotely thus can not be sure on that.
