The README says:

This repository contains a MATLAB application for generating codebook samples for the ns-3 IEEE 802.11ad model.

It does not.

There are 3 closed issues regarding this.

Is the application still closed-source as claimed here?
I am asking for the status since 3 years have passed.

The wigig module has been converted into an official NS-3 module. However, this part of the toolchain is still missing.
