ws-bower cannot cope with URL release dependencies #1

Running ws-bower breaks on having URL dependencies like e.g. polymer-quill has in older versions (chuckh/polymer-quill@6dcdffe)

"dependencies": {
...
"quill": "https://github.com/quilljs/quill/releases/download/v1.2.0/quill.tar.gz",
...
}

As no data.pkgMeta._resolution is existing there, ws-bower breaks.
