Hi @whaleloops ,

Again this is fantastic work!

I'm interested in reproducing the pretraining part. I like how you utilized hierarchical triplet loss and UMLS as described in your paper.

Therefore, I'd like to request that this code/notebook be released to the community as well so we may reproduce from scratch and build on it.
