With the new update to v4.0.22, there seems to be an issue with the template right before the final break to mobile, I believe the small setting for grids, the Terms and Conditions and Transparency links get pushed above footer itself, into the white background of the main content.

From what I gather, this doesn't appear to be an issue in v4.0.21.

To me, with my limited knowledge, perhaps it's that maple leaf image that is no longer there in 4.0.22 that is causing the issue, I'm not 100% sure though, but any help would be great.
