Support the use of MariaDB 10.6 as well. It is regularly needed for Magento 2 and MariaDB 11.6 gives problems when importing a database from another server with MariaDB 10.6 or lower or Mysql 8.0

Related to #641 and #477 . I'm currently looking into using Takeout as a provider for RDBMS-es instead of relying on Brew.
