目前除了全抓外只能選擇抓取後N話，原始用意是給追漫畫連載的人使用，但想要從前面開始看，或某些漫畫前段為單行本的人就不太方便

希望能加入抓取前N話的功能

進階的話可選擇N~M
再進階或許可以自行選擇要抓哪幾話
但這兩種比較大的問題是難以簡單自動化，只適合需要對特定漫畫抓取的情境
