Prism picks rc9 instead of rc10 #27

Prism picks rc9 instead of rc10. This is because of the semver spec where prerelease labels are sorted via ASCII sorting. The publisher of the module needed to publish rcs before 10 as rc01, rc02, rc03, etc. to overcome this.

Instead, maybe update Prism to sort by PublishedDate?
