Describe the bug
When adding email accounts syncing doesn't work until after a reboot. This has to do with ActivityManager dropping internetConfidence in webOS OSE.

To Reproduce
Add an email account.

Expected behavior
Email syncs right away.

Screenshots

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

  • Device: All
  • OS: LuneOS
  • Version: 20220125

Additional context
Necessary correct changes need to be made to the following components: https://github.com/search?q=org%3Aopenwebos+internetConfidence&type=code

Some changes were made but these were not 100% working.
