The auto-labeler action we currently use for PRs and issues adds the documentation label to any .md file in the repo.
See:

"documentation":
- changed-files:
- all-globs-to-any-file:
- "**/*.md"

It would be nice to label changes that happen inside the gh-pages directory to instead be labels something like website.
