View Transitions vs PageSwap and PageReveal

Looking at https://github.com/web-platform-dx/web-features/blob/main/features/view-transitions.yml I see that PageSwap and PageReveal are listed as subfeatures of View Transitions.

While these two features are more closely related to Cross-Document View Transitions than Same-Document View Transitions, I suggest to split them off into their own little feature-set because these events can be implemented – and also do fire - without View Transitions.
